Orders placed by 2pm Mon-Fri is usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after that are shipped the next day.
Orders placed over the weekend or Bank Holidays are shipped on the next available weekday.
We offer a tracked shipping option at checkout. Please note we can only offer refunds on lost items if you purchased tracked shipping.
