This bold satire tells the story of two mismatched young Mormon missionaries sent to a remote Ugandan village to spread their faith. While one is a confident overachiever, the other is an awkward misfit — and their clash with local culture leads to more complications than they expected…
‘You and Me (But Mostly Me)’ is a comedic show tune performed by Elder Price and Elder Cunningham early in the show. The song highlights Elder Price’s inflated ego as he imagines himself as a spiritual hero – with Elder Cunningham tagging along, the number setting the tone for their mismatched partnership.
